 At Publication Printing, we work with
our clients, and try our best never to limit file types or
submission guidelines. Whether you are an avid PC
(Microsoft) user or a Mac (Apple) person at heart, you can be
assured that you are compatible with Publication
Printing.
Below you
will find a chart that outlines all of the file types
that we support at Publication Printing. If you cannot
find the file type that you need to submit, please give
us a call for other recommendations (402-779-4696).
Remember, the file types listed below are the preferred
file types. If you have the ability to open your
document and re-save as any one of these types, it is
highly recommended.

PREPARING YOUR FILES
It is important to
include with your files, all the necessary fonts, images and
other linked information for proper output. Many software
programs offer file packaging options, such as Indesign and
Pagemaker. If you are using other programs that do not offer
this feature, please provide your linked files and fonts in a
folder with your main document.
WORKING
WITH COLOR
Setting up your color
scheme is essential for a successful output. If you are working
with spot colors, be sure to identify them when making your
order. It is always best to provide Publication Printing with a
hard copy of your print job. If it is necessary to shrink your
file for printing, please do so.
FILE SETUP
bleeds 1/8"
(.125")
For best results always measure your project before you begin
the layout. If you require a bleed on your project, please
provide us with 1/8" (.125") extra on the document edges that
bleed. Some standard industry sizes are listed on each product

SUBMITTING
YOUR FILE
At Publication Printing
we make submitting your file fast and easy. Give us a call to
place your order, or submit
your order online, today. You may provide us
with your file via email at myprintjob@pubprinting.com
or on disk.
ADOBE
ACROBAT READER & YOUR PROOF
 Your file
submissions are requested in any of the files listed above. The
preferred method of submission is a .pdf file at 300 dpi
resolution. This ensures that your file maintains the quality
necessary for press printing. Requested proofs are also supplied
in a .pdf format. To view your requested proof you must have
Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To obtain the
most current version of
Adobe Acrobat Reader,
click on our link and follow
the supplied directions. If you are still having problems
viewing your requested .pdf please give us a call directly at
(402) 779-4696.
